The studio, ideally located right in the centre of the Old Town, has just been renovated. Everything is brand new, modern and clean... When you look out of the window, you see the Eglise du Jesus, the rooftops of Old Nice, and everything becomes historical, charming and breathtaking. The studio is flooded with sunlight, and is cheerfully decorated in local Provencal blues and yellows. Prices are net and there are no surpises or hidden extras. You are a stone's throw from the sea, Promenade des Anglais, the Cours Saleya market and many other local attractions.

Fully equipped for a holiday rental: The owners have provided everything you need to enjoy your stay in the studio. There is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a micro-wave/grill to heat up your socca or pizza, plus plenty of tableware and utensils to make meals and enjoy a glass of rosé. The bathroom is particularly spacious for a studio.

Linens provided: Bed linens, towels, dishcloth are all provided and laundered between each stay.

Owner nearby: The owners, Anne and Franck, are nearby and on call. They will greet you, show you around the studio, and give you ideas of how to spend your time in Nice

The studio is situated in a historical small square and overlooks the oldest church in Nice - the Eglise du Jesus - a baroque monument of outstanding beauty and charm. Lit up at night, the square becomes magical. The church bells do not ring every hour! Local buses leave from nearby and take you - for 1€ - to Grasse, Monaco, and all over the Riviera and surrounding area. It is truly a prime and perfect location.

Our stay in the Dou Jesu apartment was fantastic! We didn't stay in this exact apartment as it was booked, but there were several other similar apartments (in the same building) to choose from.

Anne was great, very friendly and helpful. She met us at the tram stop as arranged and showed us the best local places to eat (and to avoid!)

The apartment was just as advertised - clean, cute, and had everything we needed. It's small, which is perfectly fine for a single or couple.

The other tenants/residents in the building were very quiet, I never heard a peep from them. There was some noise from the restaurant below, but it quieted down at night, so we didn't mind it.

The location was amazing! Right in Old Nice, tons of shops and restaurants all around, 5 min walk to the beach, 7ish minute walk to Castle Hill.

I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Centrally located. Very well equipped, would even say that there was a bit to much furniture. Free WiFi. Lots of stairs to climb but it keeps you fit. Would stay there again.

This studio is in old part of the city and a great location, near the beach and the flower market, and very handy for all the shops and restaurants, down stair the bakery is a big plus for us,It was a very clean and comfortable studio, the owner Anne has been very helpful with all the information we need to know, It is a small apartment as described, but perfect space for two people, being on the 4th floor, it gives you a great privacy, I would recommend this to friends and family.

The apartment is in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area. It was quiet with the double glazed windows closed and we didn't hear a peep from neighbours. It is a very small apartment as described, but perfect if you just want a clean and tidy base with your own privacy. I would recommend this to friends and family.
