There is a green areas, an open air pool, and a rancho that provide great places for relaxation. The lake can be easily accessed as the property borders the waterfront and reachable through a unique tunnel.

About Granada: Granada can be easily reached from Nicaragua´s capital city, Managua, and its international airport, through a newly renovated highway that allows visitors to reach the city within half an hour from the capital.

The property is located on the shore of Nicaragua´s largest lake, Lake Nicaragua or Lake Cocibolca. This freshwater lake provides great possibilities for swimming, kayaking, boating, windsurfing, kite surfing and other watersports. By being located outside the city center the community benefits of a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by nature yet close to all of the city´s stores and conveniences.

Historical and cultural events: There are plenty of attractions in and around Granada. There are several museums in the city, including the San Francisco Convent Museum, which provides a glimpse in the past, offering an interesting collection of artifacts found in the region. There are also some small art galleries where local art is put on display and often available for sale.

Outdoor Activities: There are several natural reserves located within the department of Granada. The Domitila Private Wildlife Reserve is located 33 kilometers from the city and is a great place for a daytrip or overnight stay in a natural reserve. The tropical dry forest houses 65 different mammal species and 125 identified bird species.

Another natural attraction is the Mombacho Volcano. This volcano overlooks Lake Nicaragua and is found only 10 kilometers from the city. The volcano is covered with several types of lush forest, including a beautiful cloud forest on the summit. Hikers can hike one of the several paths that are set up within the forest.

Also available in Granada are tour packages to nearby Island of Ometepe and San Juan del Sur the best beach in southern Nicaragua.
