Consider our family’s second home to be your home away from home while staying in the Orlando area. Relax and recharge when you’re not seeing the abundance of local attractions in our comfortable, spacious condo located inside the beautiful and gated Windsor Palms resort less than fifteen minutes from Disney. Like us, we hope you find it difficult to leave and return to the real world again.

Conveniently located on the south side of Orlando within minutes of all of Disney’s attractions, we are still remotely situated in such a way to provide a quiet escape from the crowds around Disney. Inside the resort the pool, clubhouse, movie theater and sports facilities are just a short three minute walk away. There’s no need to haul your belongings up and down stairs either since our condo is on the ground floor.

Sleeping Accommodations:: Enjoy a sound night’s sleep in either of the master bedrooms that each have a king sized bed, an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet . When carrying the kids in after a long day at Disney, you can lay them in either of the two twin beds found in the third bedroom. Additional blankets can be found in the closets of any of the bedrooms. If necessary, the ottoman in the leaving room can be converted into a single bed as well.

There are plenty of enjoyable amenities inside the resort such as an Olympic sized salt water pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, playground, arcade, Nintendo Wii room, movie theater, workout facility, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball court and a sundry shop. If you choose to recharge inside the condo, watch a DVD or cable television on our flat screen TVs or read a book on the screened-in patio. Maybe taking an evening walk around the resort on any of the walking paths will relax you. Perhaps your kids will enjoy chasing small lizards around the resort like our children do. Whatever the purpose of your trip, families will create memories, newlyweds will get to spend time together and even northerners can escape to the warm weather at our condo.

Great family vacation

Great place to stay. The unit was well kept and very clean. The selling points for us were the two KING sized beds, main floor unit and the coded entry rather than keyed entry. This allowed my family to come back from the great pool and hot tub area whenever they wanted for snacks and lunch without fussing over who had the keys! Close to Disney and Downtown Disney and outlet shopping. The owner was great to deal with as well. Definitely somewhere we would stay again!!

Magical Vacation

We have stayed in Windsor Palms Resort for three times e once in other community (Lucaya Resort), and by far this condo is the best option!
The place is big, clean, in the 1st floor (what is perfect because of the luggage), the decoration is very beautiful, and well stocked.
My family and I just loved it!
It was the perfect vacation.
Certailly recomended.
We are counting days for comming back.

Perfect Disney Stay!

This home was an excellent choice for my stay in Orlando this past week. It is the first time in 30 years I have not stayed in the park and I was a little apprehensive when I made the reservations, because I have reviewed horror stories. The condo is exactly as it appears online....location is wonderful.....the grounds are very nice....and the condo is well stocked, comfortable, and very clean!
The owners are a pleasure too. I am planning on returning in the spring!

Awesome!!!

We are very happy with our stay at 8103 Coconut Palm Way, Unit #105, November 2012. This was our first time staying in Windsor Palms and it was great. The unit was very nicely decorated, new, clean, and well stocked. Plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen had non-stick pans which were SOOO nice to have!! The coffee pot had a gold filter so no fussing with paper ones. Having the initial rolls of TP and soap made it easy to use right away. Free wifi worked perfectly. Furnishings were very nice - like being in your own home where you care about the furniture you buy (not cheap rental stuff). It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were nice and firm, but not too hard (not sagging at all) - we used the two rooms with the king beds. Bathrooms were roomy and clean.

The owner was very helpful in letting us know about the unit and communicating both by email and cell. It was awesome that we didn't have to go to a management company first to check in - the unit had a keypad door entry so we were able to go straight from the airport to the condo (it was late at night), and got right into the unit. Same with checking out. EXCELLENT!! And the owner touched base with us during the stay to ask if everything was ok. It was perfect.

Very convenient to the resorts. 15 minutes and we were in the parking lot of of the Disney resorts. Sea World was maybe closer to 20 minutes since a little further. I liked having a ground floor unit, easy in and easy out with luggage. It was very safe area. Screened in porch looking out on open area was nice. My kids enjoyed being able to run around out back. Parking at the unit was very accessible, we parked right in front every day.

We were at the parks all three days until late so we didn't get a chance to check out the pool or other amenities.

Price was great and very clear. We only needed a two-bedroom but for the price, you just couldn't beat it, and it was nice to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom unit. I would definitely recommend this unit and will be staying here again in the future. Awesome!!!
