A house with the best Karma. First time in Los Gatos and would definitely return to this house!

The furnishings, the fully equipped kitchen, nature garden and privacy is ideal. The beds are absolutely comfortable and the house so centrally located that a morning walk down town to fabulous restaurants and quaint shopping is soooo easy. If you are going to California, check out this property. Coming from the North East , I can tell you we felt safe and comfortable . The owner was kind , and constantly accessible for anything we needed. The price for a week is reasonable and affordable , absolutely clean and comfy. You feel like it's a home away from home! Definitely book this property. We had the best time with our family in this home!!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Very nice home in Los Gatos

My family spent 3 nights at home and it met all our needs. Its an older home in very good condition. The landscaping was very nice and access was through a locked gate. The onsite manger was very helpful and took care of any concerns or needs we had. There is a lot of stairs and that was a bit of an issue for my 86 year old mother, when she visited. This is not a bad thing, but should be taken in consideration when renting this property. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans, plates/bowls and silverware. Overall we were very satisfied with the property and would rent it again next time we are in the area.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great location

The rental was clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a large oversize soaking tub.The location was perfect and we loved being within walking distance to the town center and great selection of restaurants. John the property manager was very welcoming and accomodating. Sid, the owner was extremely helpful in arranging our accomodations and was quick to respond to all our inquiries.

Great Place to Relax!

Was back in the states for a little honeymoon with my wife who is from Japan and found this little gem perfect for some rest and relaxation away from the buzz of the big city. It was a great place to show my wife the great California life.

Location: Great location tucked in quiet residential area and within a short walking distance to the downtown strip of Los Gatos where plenty of shops and restaurants were. It was nice to skip the drive and enjoy the air whenever we got hungry or needed a drink.

Cleanliness: The house was well kept, no surprises. I am a bit of a clean nerd and was happy with the upkeep.

Amenities: The house had everything you could need for cooking or relaxing. There were plenty of utensils, pots and pans for us to cook up some cookies and breakfast. Its always nice to take a break from the restaurants and get in some home cooking.

Price: Very reasonable when you compare the price to some other hotels where you only get a room but here a whole house within walking distance to downtown.

Service: Sid and John were great. Super friendly and honest. They were able to answer all of our questions.

Would we come back? Definitely!

Home away from home

My partner and I stayed at this property for five nights, following surgery in Palo Alto. We initially looked at hotels near the hospital but then stumbled across this vacation rental. We're so thankful we did! It was everything we could have hoped for and was a fantastic place to recover.
Sid the owner and John the property manager were really helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The house is decorated tastefully and it has everything you need - cutlery, crockery, bedding, a good selection of books, cds etc. It really is a home away from home. It's also close to a major grocery store which is convenient for stocking up on supplies.
The only this I would suggest is that the garden needs a little bit of work, but it was great to have the option of sitting outside in the sunshine.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Bay Area.
