Newly redecorated, modern architecturally significant 3 br 3.5 bath eco friendly 3,000 square foot home with gourmet kitchen and state of the art electronics, wifi and cable television throughout. Frolic in the balmy desert air, 5 minutes from the center of town, 15 minutes to the Palm Springs International airport. Great bicycling, hiking, shopping and nightlife close by. Take the tram to the mountaintops and snowshoe in winter. The perfect place to repair and retreat.

Children are welcome. 2hours drive from San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles.

My family spent Memorial weekend at the house and had a wonderful time! The house is very spacious with a fabulous open plan. The pool/jacuzzi area was huge with room for 2 dining areas, chaise loungers, bbq & even a grassy yard (perfect for kids)! We really enjoyed the location as well. Just outside of town and right off of the main drag, the area was convenient but still felt very private. Management of the property is very professional & accomodating, Mark was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to be back very soon!!

This is a perfect rental house, feels like an oasis, very close to everything you want to get to in Palm Springs but totally quiet and serene. Great mountain views, lovely pool and spa, landscaping, music throughout if you want it, open floor plan and large bedrooms. Everything was in perfect condition. Also very quiet inside the house. Great kitchen, totally stocked with all the gear you could need.
