Cedar Key’s finest water views are waiting for you at this 2/2 residential condominium, perched at the edge of Goose Cove. With a patio on the ground level, accessible only through the private bedroom/bath, and a balcony on the second level, your mornings can start with the sights of mullet jumping, egrets and herons stalking their breakfast, and an occasional porpoise breaking the water as it follows the wake of a clam boat on its daily trek to the lease.
Sunsets, now, they are the oomph of this home. Goose Cove is THE setting for Cedar Key’s finest sunsets, year round. From the pinks and lilacs of a spring setting to the deep reds and vibrant purples of a winter sunset, you will appreciate all the seasons here. While the entire great room opens onto this view, you may never want to step inside as the salt air entices you to linger just a few more minutes. Patio furniture makes it comfortable to do so, just sit back and enjoy!
Nicely appointed, the great room has a galley style kitchen, with electric range, microwave oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. The dining table seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar with stools. There is ample service for 6, including a full set of glassware, cutlery, dishes and pots and pans.
The unique design of this condominium lends itself well to group travel. The master bedroom is in the loft, above the main living area, with the entirely separate 2nd bedroom at ground level. Each bedroom has its own bath, fully equipped with linens and paper products. The master bedroom has views through the sliding glass doors of the living room; the downstairs bedroom has its own patio. For six, the living room sofa folds out. Linens are provided to accommodate up to six people.
Washer and dryer are at ground level, just outside the 2nd bedroom. Cable TV is provided in the living room. The ever changing waterfront is just outside your balcony doors.
Fishing? Bring your boat, there is a large dock with electric lift and fish cleaning table for your use while you stay with us. Cedar Key is very tide dependent; the electric lift allows you the luxury of bringing your catch up to dock level where the fish cleaning table with running water makes easy work of your days’ catch.
