House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 12-14)

No other lake home is as conveniently located to everything by land or water as this home. This newly remodeled lake home has parking for six cars, a free boat launch only 150 ft away, and Iguana Boat and pwc rentals nearby. We are located in a deep water, no wake cove at the 17mm. Perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating!

Our spacious 2900 sq. ft. home features WIFI with 2 complete living and kitchen areas. The main level kitchen not only includes the general appliances and utensils but also a toaster, blender, & coffeemaker. The main floor has a new 50” flat screen TV and a wood burning fireplace, along with a large sized dining room table (seating for up to 10). The living and dining room allows you to enjoy the great view of the lake. The 22 x 13 upper deck has seating for 10 people and also has a great view of the lake and boat dock. The main level also has a laundry room that has both a washer and dryer. Our 4 bedroom home sleeps 14 people (12 people in beds, with 2 people in a new queen size sleeper sofa). The master bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed and its own completely remodeled master bathroom. The second bedroom on the main level includes two full size beds. Each bedroom has large sized closets and both a TV and DVD player.

The lower level of the home is completely remodeled! It features a living area with a wood burning fireplace, a 53” TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a reclining loveseat. The brand new kitchenette area has a counter height table that seats 6-8 people. The spacious lower level also has a pool table, Sony 5 disc stereo with iPod hook-up, and great views of the lake! One of the two newly remodeled bedrooms of the lower level offers a great view of the lake along with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has one queen size bed and full size bed. Both of these bedrooms have a TV, DVD player, and large sized closets. The newly renovated bathroom has storage and shelving to accommodate many guests.The lower deck is a nice quite place to get out of the sun with seating for 8 or more.

The massive boat dock measures 33 feet wide x 64 feet long with a 12’ x 40’ boat slip. We are in a deep water, no wake cove so when your boat is parked at the covered dock, your boat will be protected from the waves. There is an 18’ x 24’ covered area with a table & seating for 8 or more.You can relax, eat, drink beverages, read a book, or fish out of the sun. There is a very large area for people to enjoy swimming and playing around in the lake. I just installed a new Wet- Step easy access aluminum ladder to get in & out of the lake.

About The Owner

My wife and I have 5 children. This spacious home is great for entertaining adults on one level and allowing the kids the complete lower level. We hope you enjoy our home when we are not using it! We try to keep our home in good condition therefore we do not rent it out for bachelor or bachelorette parties!!

Why The Owner chose Lake Ozark

After boating in the Ozarks since 1991, I found this to be the best location on the lake. As we both enjoy boating, my wife also enjoys the easy access to shopping, golfing, and the waterpark. We also enjoy the unlimited family activites!

What makes this house unique

The house is centrally located in Osage Beach. By land it is only a 5 minute drive to Super Wal-Mart. By water at the 17 MM with ample boating in either direction, although we are located in a no wake cove. This is great for swimming, fishing or just relaxing. The massive covered boat dock includes a new easy access ladder into the lake. Table & chairs with seating for 8 or more on the dock. 12 X 40 covered boat slip will protect almost any size boat. My home is easily accessible with no stairs into the main level. It features 2 living & 2 kitchen-eating areas. The roomy 4 bedrooms sleep 12-14 people & 3 full bathrooms are a great feature. The 2 outdoor decks both of witch include outdoor furniture are great for entertaining. The driveway has parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Great Location!!!!

Decided to go to Osage Beach this year for my birthday getaway. The property is well appointed and the location is excellent. The outlet mall is only about a 12 minute drive and the 24 Hr Wal-Mart is about 7. Only 4 of us stayed on this particular trip so we had more than enough room. The house is equipped with WIFI and cable which was a major plus. The kitchen was fully stocked (plates, pots, pans, etc...) and there's a gas grill on the upper deck which came in handy. Will definitely be making a repeat visit!!!!

Lake Golf Outing

For a second year in a row our group of 8 guys chose this house for our golf outing. With 6 beds and a pull out couch there was plenty of room. The additional kitchen down stairs gives you two complete living areas. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to any correspondence immediately. As long as it is available we will continue to rent this property.

Great Location and Plenty of Room

Eleven of us stayed in this house for our annual Christmas shopping trip. The house is in a great location and very spacious. The owner was very helpful and even checked up with us during our stay to insure everything was satisfactory. We were all very happy with our accommodations. One of the girls in our group is even interested in coming back with her family. I have rented with many different condos and homes with VRBO and this was one of the best experiences!

We enjoyed the home with excellent view of the lake. We found it great for a multi generational family stay. The entrance to the house is street-level and there are no steps into the home where there is a kitchen , living room and bedrooms which we needed for our 85 yr old grandmother. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever experienced. NICE DECKS with lots of tables and seating for outdoor enjoyment. Downstairs gave the kids a place to get away and chill from all the old folks upstairs. Would love to return when weather permits a dip in the Lake .. Oct. 1 it was a bit chilly but the evening was enjoyed outside in wonderful fall like weather. . We travel alot throughtout the country using VRBO . Very clean and well furnished place.
