This beautifully southwestern decorated home has been designed to accommodate handicapped/disabled persons in wheelchairs. Front door is 42 inches wide and all thresholds are smooth, even the pool is wheelchair accessible, with a special step to get into the pool.
The home is 2400 square feet and is very open and spacious and painted in very rich earthy colors, and is situated on ¾ of an acre of lush private landscaping. The floors are covered in a rose colored tumbled travertine tile in a Versailles pattern in all the main living areas and traffic areas.
The Island kitchen / family room is open and spacious and fully equipped with all the major appliances plus all the small electrics (toaster, coffee maker, blender).
Most every thing you need to prepare a gourmet meal is at you finger tips including spices in the walk-in pantry. Also kitchen/family room has a leather couch and a 36 inch TV with a Bose surround sound / CD, DVD player.
The master bedroom has a King size Select Comfort adjustable bed (sleep number), which also has an adjustable pedestal so you can raise or lower your head or feet to watch the 27 inch TV. (Bed even has massage). The master bathroom has double sinks, one which is wheelchair accessible, a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Also you have a large walk-in closet. All the bedroom furniture is brand new.
The other two bedrooms have 1 queen bed and 1 full bed with color TV’s and remote controls.
The front room/entertainment room has a huge authentic Southwestern Bar, a leather sectional in front of a giant 75 inch high definition Big Screen TV with a DVD player and a VCR.
Go out the back patio door and you have your own personal outdoor oasis. The heated swimming pool is 9 feet deep at one end and is wheelchair accessible. Spa can be heated to slip into after a long day of golfing.
There is a dining table under the covered patio, a BBQ grill, and a high top and 4 chairs to have breakfast or lunch. There is no pool fence or life guard so children must be attended at all times.
The Unique Benefits at this House: I have been a resident of Mesa for years and I can point in in the direction that you need to go and suggest restaurants, shopping and activities that you might want to do.
This property was excellent the owner Todd is easy going very realistic in his approach to renting out his house.
Everything you could possibly need is only a short drive or walk away and excellent access to the highways to get you just about anywhere you want to go in the Phoenix area within a half hour.
The house is big and accommodating for anyone who stays, the pool is fantastic and backyard is very private and relaxing.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

We decided to rent a house instead of doing the hotel thing while we were at a hockey tournament in Phoenix and are we ever glad we did! Todd's house was perfect for us. It was clean, roomy and we really liked the southwestern theme. Although we didn't get a lot of use of the pool, we spent most of the time sitting in the sunshine in the backyard. The backyard was a great place to have your morning coffee or to relax in the sun with a beverage. The house is easy to find and in a great neighborhood. There was nothing that was missing. We will definitely be renting this house again the next time we are in the area. Todd is easy to get along with and truly appreciates the people who are renting his property. I would definitely recommend renting this house.
Very comfortable house with excellent south west theme. Good location in north Mesa close to the freeways (AZ202 & AZ101) and grocery shopping. Kitchen is well supplied with both dishes, spices, appliances and pots & pans.
I can say the house it is much more better in person than in the pictures, the open kitchen and living room just next to the pool is very convenient to spend time with all the family together. It has plenty of blankets, linens and towels, you don’t have to worry about carrying some from home. It even has plenty spices, sugar, salt, coffee, and some other food and cleaning items.
The master bedroom is huge, the back yard is beautiful and comfortable, you can enjoy with your family preparing a chicken in the grill. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything you need, less than 1 mile you find fast food restaurants, and less than 5 miles a big mall to go shopping.
I definitely recommend this house and next time I visit phoenix I’ll rent it again.
The pictures are just as it is - We stayed there for a week and a half in March of 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Pool was nice and in good shape, so was the hot tub. The house was very comfortable and roomy and allowed all of us to have our space when we needed it. Todd met us at the house when we arrived and gave us thorough instructions on the pool, etc. The house is located in a very convenient neighborhood to get to the main roads and highways. Neighborhood was quiet too. Walking distance to a Walmart. Would have stayed there again next March but it was rented before I could try to rent it. Would be a good choice for any family.
