The dining room is elegantly furnished with an antique italian china cabinet, and dining chairs for 6. The adjoining living room is formally furnished with seating capacity for at least 6.
In addition to the formal living and dining rooms, there is a breakfast nook off the kitchen that seats 4 and a TV room with seating for 6-8, a new SONY 40 inch flatscreen TV, and DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), internet access, and two computer desks. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and baking supplies, dishes and glassware, fridge/freezer with ice maker, and a new microwave and coffee maker.
The house has been in our family since it was built and has been extremely well cared for and exceptionally CLEAN. Over 1/2 of the house has just been repainted.
The location is a golfers' paradise with nine golf course within the community. Tenants may reserve tee times up to 1 week in advance. There are numerous other activities available at any of the four nearby recreation centers, including indoor and outdoor swimming, work-out gyms, fitness and dance classes, and endless arts and crafts clubs.
Our home is a non-smoking building, no pets allowed. The community requires one occupant to be aged 55 or older.
