This quaint cottage, “Tree House”, has beautiful wood floors, antiques and ocean views throughout with everything you need for a splendid relaxing vacation.
The newly remodeled galley kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, and all the utensils to prepare a gourmet meal with a bonus ocean view framed between corner casement windows that open out for a refreshing ocean breeze.A cozy balcony leads off the kitchen and is perfect for viewing the incredible Laguna sunsets over Catalina Island.
Both bedrooms offer queen size beds and tropical ocean views framed by towering tropical vegetation. The Master suite features a sliding door opening to a cozy outdoor ocean view balcony with a bistro table and chairs. A great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Perfect for romantic cocktails. This large master suite can also be set up to accommodate a roll away bed or crib.
The living room and dining areas offer a bistro dining table for four, with a tree top ocean view. We offer a full size desk with wireless high-speed Internet access, TV with surround sound and DVD player for your use.
Several private lush garden terraces, with beautiful lighting are perfect for an evening of barbecuing, outdoor dining and pleasure. These terraced gardens are perfect for a day of sunning and relaxing while enjoying the ocean view. The herbal garden terrace is available for all your culinary delights.
During certain seasons of the year, enjoy picking oranges, lemons, plums and apricots in our “secret” garden.
A soothing fountain draws you to a cool covered outdoor courtyard space with a comfortable sofa and chairs. It’s a perfect place for relaxation, or a quiet place to read.
A full complement of beach gear is provided. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, including towels, backpack beach chairs, rolling ice cooler, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys.
Daily or weekly maid service and Baby sitting can be arranged for an additional fee.
Ample parking is provided with two off street parking spaces.
There’s so much to discover. With in a few short blocks you will find stunning private beaches and coves. Take the Free Trolley on Coast Highway to the lively downtown Laguna Beach art colony, where you will find The Sawdust Festival and the famous Pageant of The Masters, boutiques, galleries and excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
For the more adventurous, step outside to hike the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park. Enjoy the ocean breeze and beauty of over forty miles of trails leading through oak and sycamore woodlands and up onto ridges with expansive scenic ocean vistas and rocky bluffs towering above the canyon trails.
Just a mile north nestled in Aliso Canyon, is the Aliso Creek Golf Course. Tee it up at this beautifully maintained 80 acres 9-hole course.
Spend a day discovering the historic San Juan Capistrano or take the ferry ride to Catalina Island from Dana point harbor. Or head Inland a half hour to Disneyland, or an hour south to the Wild Animal Park (one of our favorites) or the San Diego Zoo.
