Coral Ridge is a brand new Luxury Resort. It is located in Washington, on the edge of St. George, in Coral Canyon. It is 5 miles from Walmart, 2 miles from Sand Hollow, 2 miles from Quail Lake, 35 miles from Zion National Park, and 7 miles from downtown St. George.
Amenities are basketball court, playground for kids, shared outdoor pool and hot tub, clubhouse and exercise room.

I have always enjoyed visiting St. George, so I am thrilled to own a property that I, as well as others, can enjoy. There is plenty of outdoor activities, and my townhouse is located with easy access to Interstate 15.
Townhouse is located on the edge of Coral Canyon golf course, giving you stunning views. There is a fishing pond with ducks and picnic area next door.
I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that's looking for an above average place to stay. The townhouse was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you'd need - and more, pictures do not do it justice! A great location for families and kids of all ages. We came here for a weekend getaway with family and kids, everyone had a blast. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. We cannot wait to return.

We stayed here over Memorial weekend (2013) and everything went perfectly. We are the grandparents and were with our son and his wife and 3 children ages 12, 9 and 3. We ate in St. George one night and cooked at the house the other 2 nights using the grill one of these nights.
Zion is about 30 miles away and it's an easy drive, but you want to get there early. We left around 8AM and had no problem parking..
The owner said there was a swimming pool up the street and I'm thinking "How far up the street?"I'd say 200 feet maybe. Plus there are slides and other gym type apparatus. Also a basketball court. . The kids loved this more than ZION. They went there every day.
The home is beautifuuy decorated and had plenty of room for everyone. Plus there is a patio that wraps around 2 sides so you can get out of the sun. Kids can be noisy, but the home seems to be well insulated, plus we had neighbors with small children and we never heard them..
Someone commented about it being next to a road. It is and this road feeds into Rt. 9. Rt.9 is maybe a half mile away and the road next to the house never seemed to have much traffic when we were there. I live in a very quiet area and I didn't find it to be noticeable..
The last comment is how easy it was to deal with the owner. The unit wasn;t rented the Monday we left, so she said we could spend the day. In all my travels, that's a first. She made you feel she was renting to you as her friend. .I would want to go back if only to deal with her again. I'm not Mormon and maybe it's a Mormon thing. Whatever, it was nice.
Our family of 4 was looking for a great place to stay that was clean, beautiful and quiet where we could relax and spend time together. We found this townhome and it was perfect! What a beautiful townhome! It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. The view was amazing, the heated pool was close by and we loved the playground and basketball court. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. The townhome was spotless and very upscale. It was by far the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We loved our stay! Kami was great to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. We would recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
We (two sisters) spent a wonderful weekend relaxing in this condo. Here is what we thought:
Pros: good location, end unit, lots of windows, bright (especially in the evening with the west sun coming in), gorgeous inside, clean, comfortable, quiet, great patio, view is spectacular, loved the community pool & hot tub (and the water fall), and owner was easy to work with.
Cons: end unit next to a four-lane road -- road isn't super busy but consistent. There is construction taking place in the complex (this is a relatively new development) However, the end with the condo and pool the construction is done.
We had 7 Adults and one 12 year old stay at this beautiful town-home for 5 days and 4 nights. The 3 bedrooms worked out great and the 2 baths gave us the room to get ready without being on top of each other. The pictures of this beautiful home paled to the real beauty of this home. We had a great stay and really hated having to come back to reality. The view is spectacular and can not be beat, looking out over the beautiful golf course and seeing the wildlife in their habitat is surreal. I almost hate to get the word out about this location in that, I want to ensure it is available when we return to beautiful St. George throughout the year. Yet I have told everyone from family, friends, and co-workers all about the great vacation my family enjoyed. Thank you to the owners for making this a true paradise away form home.
