*Please note, during the months of July and August we rent by the week only.
**Please note that our 218 year old home does not have central air. It does have 7 air-conditioners, one in each bedroom and two on the first floor. The attic master suite in extreme weather conditions can become too hot for both the ceiling fan, skylight shades and airconditioner. We can not be held responsible for the weather.
