Nice Cabin

My family and I stayed for 4 nights in this cabin. It's a very nice place to stay, we just had some minor issues. Some of the light bulbs needed replaced, which the owner was aware of, but was never taken care of while we were there. One of the light bulbs was in the stair case, and my mother, husband and one of my children each had a fall because of this (no injuries). The downstairs bedroom jacuzzi did not work, and I didn't realize this until the night before we left, as was my first chance to use it. The hot tub on the porch never got hot either, even putting the temp up to 101 degrees. It is really nice having a swimming pool and hot tub down at the resort lodge to be able to use though. The look and location of the cabin is very nice.

Owner's Response: We sure don't like to hear any negatives so we're sorry to hear this one. We didn't realize the lightbulb being out was of immediate concern or we would have come up to replace. The downstairs bedroom jacuzzi does work. Someone had turned off the breaker to it. It is located in the downstairs bathroom. We are having the outdoor jacuzzi checked. We had never heard that complaint before and we didn't know about the temp until we read this review. Our cleaning lady is very thorough and does her best to tell us if she sees anything that needs to be fixed before our guest arrive.
Thank you for letting us know where we need to improve.
