This condo is located in Punta Gorda Isles and is within walking distance to Fisherman's Village and downtown. This home consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is located in one of the area's most popular complexes.
The lanai overlooks a beautiful waterway with quick access to Charlotte Harbor. The lanai boasts a view of gorgeous boats and fabulous sunsets.
The complex has a large, heated pool and a tennis court. The pool area has chaise lounges, umbrellas, tables and a gas grill.
Dock available for boat access. Charlotte Harbor offers over 160 sq. Miles of protected water and some of the best fishing in Florida. Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grand Pass is known as the 'Tarpon Capital' of the world.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and has access to the lanai and contains a large walk in closet. A TV is located in the master bedroom with full cable access. The master bath contains a large shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, great storage and a full bath right next to it. The separate laundry contains a washer and dryer and cabinet space. The great room contains a sofa with a pull out bed, a large, flat screen HD TV with DVR capability and a DVD player. The great room leads directly to the lanai with large sliding doors.
The home is also equipped with high speed wireless internet access.
The home is located close to shopping, restaurants, Fisherman's Village, boat rental, charter services, and sight seeing boat tours.
Several gorgeous beaches are located within a short drive of Punta Gorda. This is truly paradise in a small town atmosphere with out the traffic. Located on the southwest coast of Florida between Ft. Myers and Sarasota.

Tim and Jen live in Powell, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. They have two teenage children, a son in his first year of college and a daughter who is a senior in high school. Tim is a commercial lender at a small community bank and Jennifer works in the promotional products industry.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2011
Jennifer's parents retired to Punta Gorda in 2010 after her father retired from dentistry after almost 40 years. Their best friends own a house in Punta Gorda as well and many family friends from their Ohio small town either rent or own and stay for extended periods.
Booked this condo for 3 months during the winter of 2014. This was my 6th winter renting in southwest Florida and my first bad experience. Condo is very run down. Carpet is in need of replacement. Much of the furniture is falling apart. Ice maker does not work and dryer works periodically and only with the aid of a pair of pliers. Very little storage space in cabinets and closets as condo is full of owners' personal items. On a positive note, good location and nice pool. However, would definitely not recommend renting this condo as there are much nicer condos at more reasonable prices in the area.
Wonderful condo! We stayed the month of July. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this property. Everything is as described.
We had the pleasure of staying at this condo with our 3 grandkids (ages 12,9,7) during their spring break in April. The unit was clean, modern, and convenient for our visit. The amenities, location, & pool were as noted in this description, and, were perfect for our needs.
The condo is perfectly located to take advantage of restaurants, shopping, gulf beaches, and the excellent local state parks. Our kids were in the pool or at the beach every day (us, too!).
Our owners were most helpful; and, the business part of our arrangements were handled efficiently and professionally.
In all, we are completely satisfied with our rental experience and would be happy to provide personal recommendations on request.
