This property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located on a saltwater canal in South West Cape Coral. The pool area has a South rear. There can sit up to 10 people around the outside table. Of course we have a gas BBQ grill for you and your family. We furnished the property with every luxury. The house is quality furnished and extremely lovely decorated. Also the kitchen is very well equipped. Each bedroom offers an own TV. Further we have a 56' TV in the living room and a 27' TV on the lanai. We also offer a home theatre with DVD player, 2 additional DVD players, a stereo system for the master bedroom. For raining days we bought family games and a game cube with games. Of course we also bought some DVDs for your convenience. We also offer you an High Speed Internet Access.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rent is for up to 8 people.
    For every additional person we charge US $100 per week.

    Please add a final cleaning fee amounting to US $ 170.

    Please add 11 % local tax.

    For the winter season:
    The pool can be electric heated. If an electric pool heat is preferred please add US $140 per week.

    For the summer season:
    The owner pays US $ 50 per week for the electric costs. Any costs for the electricity over US $50 per week are on the tenant's responsibility and will be charged against the damage deposit.

    We ask for a security deposit amounting to US $ 700 - US $1000 (depends on the length of your stay).

What a beautiful house

This house was a delight. It was the nicest and cleanest rental house we ever rented in the last five years in Florida.

This house had much more than a rental property regularly offers. It is absolutely beautifully decorated, offers lots of towels, linens and the kitchen is amazing great equipped. We were enjoying the big pool and the boat dock.

This rental house is more furnished and decorated like a home (not like a typical rental). We even found many DVDs in the living room, found a game cube for the children and many games for entertaining the family.

Everything in the house was high end furnished.

This house is located in a very quiet street. We really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully our review will help other guests to rent this property. We decided to come back next year.

Grosszügiges Haus mit schönem Pool

Die Beschreibung des Objektes trifft bestens zu. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, grosszügig und praktisch eingerichtet und bietet wunderbar Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Das grosszügige Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit grossem Fernseher ist sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist gut für Kinder geeignet, da eine Treppe hineinführt und es langsam tiefer wird. Mit seiner angenehmen Temperatur lädt er jung und alt zum Baden ein. Er wird jede Woche vom Pool-Boy gereinigt. Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage mit direktem Zugang ins Haus. Ebenfalls ist ein Bootssteg vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hat uns vor unserem Aufenthalt ausführlich über alles im und ums Haus aufgeklärt. Für Fragen stand uns vorort eine zuständige Person zur Verfügung oder wir konnten mit der Vermieterin direkt Kontakt aufnehmen. Zur Lage ist so viel zu sagen: Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnquartier, etwas ausserhalb. Zum Zentrum von Cape Coral mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc. wird vorzugsweise ein Auto benötigt. Der nächst grössere Ort ist Ft. Myers. Für Leute, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Wir werden es gerne weiterempfehlen. Unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen.
