The beautifully furnished, non-smoking, four bedroom home is situated in beautiful and exclusive Naples, Florida. The house is located in the community Briarwood which is close to many public golf courses. The home is spacious and comfortable for the whole family. It is beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and in a mint condition. The great living room, the additional family room, the dining area, and the kitchen are totally tiled. The bedrooms have wall to wall carpets on the floor. The beautiful swimming pool area has a screen-around. The gorgeous designed pool and the Jacuzzi can be electric heated on request. Plenty of garden furniture are outside for your convenience. The lanai is covered and invites for a great barbecue. Each bedroom has a TV and a fan. The beddings in the bedrooms are a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, two double beds and two twins. For your convenience we bought two DVD players and a Game Cube for the kids. Families are very welcome.

Naples is blessed with some of the finest beaches in the State. Wide and sandy, with blue water and a wide variety of shells, the beaches invite you to stroll, lounge, play, and swim.

  • Please add the costs for the final cleaning fee amounting to US $150.

    The local tax is plus 10 %.

    The owners association asks for an application fee amounting of US $100.

    For the winter season:
    The pool can be electric heated. If an electric pool heat is preferred please add US $140 per week.

    For the summer season:
    The owner pays US $ 50 per week for the electric costs. Any costs for the electricity over US $50 per week are on the tenant's responsibility and will be charged against the damage deposit.

    We ask for a security deposit amounting to US $ 700 - US $1000 (depends on the length of your stay).
