This stunning two bedroom condo is located right on the trout-filled Arkansas River, and just a few blocks from historic downtown Salida and its vibrant restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks, and outdoor riverfront amphitheater.
The area is known as the Heart of the Rockies, and it will beckon you to its mountains, streams, and breathtaking scenery – or you can just relax and enjoy the scenery from the comfort of your deck.
This 2,050 sq. ft. condo on the first floor has it all – brand new furniture, two firm king beds, two gas fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, a steam shower, and two private decks overlooking the Arkansas River. The deck off the kitchen has a barbeque and an outstanding view of Tenderfoot Mountain.
Leave your car in the one-car garage and walk or bike anywhere you want to go in town. Out your back door you can fly fish, eddy out in your kayak, or go rafting right from the riverbank. The Arkansas River boasts some of the best whitewater rafting in the world.
There are hundreds of trails located right around Salida, and lots more – including the Continental Divide Trail and the Colorado Trail – within a short drive.
