Wonderful place!

The apartment is really wonderful: spacious, comfortable, new designed; everything is state of the art, including a very fast wireless connection and even a modern b/w printer for your computer!!
Kitchen: modern, with heat-plates stove, complete of all necessary dishes (cups, forks, knives, spoons); also present a modern dishwasher and the Nespresso coffee machine; spacious refrigerator and dining table.
Bedrooms: spacious, six big drawers each; double-size beds with separate blankets. 30" Tv in every room.
Bathrooms: new and comfortable; one with a medium bathtub, the other with a medium shower (hot water immediately!); also present a washing machine and some powder soap, as well as some toilet paper rolls.
Living room: big; tho big sofas (one convertible into bed), equipped with 30" LDC TV and Bose audio unit; also present a comfortable armchair.
General details: the apartment is on the 7th floor of a modern building (with fast and spacious elevators); it is located in a very quiet area, 3 minutes walk from Hakerbrucke metro station. You can also find small markets and shops nearby, as well as lots of free parking spots.
It is a spacious penthouse, with very bright rooms (three facades look on the exterior), and quite a beautiful view of the city.
When we arrived we found it very clean and ready, also the owner and the TopLuxuryHome contact were very helpful and nice.
The only little snag was that it took them a few days (10) to give the deposit back via Paypal, but eventually there were no problems.
The description and photos of the website correctly represent's the real apartment.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay, in every aspect...it seemed to have spent 5 days in our own homes!!
