Our little piece of Paradise is available for your summer vacation fun. This property is only available in June,July,&Aug at this time.We will be opening more dates in the near future. This is a Snow Birds Town Home so it will show some wear, but it’s warm, homey & a great place for the price.

Located on East Bay, this 2-story town home (there are stairs) has 2 balconies so you can sit in comfort and watch the Dolphins play. Simply stated the fishing here is world class. .You have a private beach, a boat launch & you own private boat slip , or you can use the state beach that is in your front yard for long romantic walks, or that early morning run and work-out. It's a great place for the kids to play and swim. Nestled right in between Mexico Beach & Panama City Beach. You are close to all of it but off the zoo line.

Military: Tyndall Air Force Base is just across the bridge. What a great way to visit your military friends and family ones.

Or DOD personnel can rent a pontoon boat and go to Shell Island for some summer fun. They also have some nice little bass ponds if fresh water is your thing.

You will find us In Parker, off hwy 98 just north of the bridge to Tyndall AFB. Take the last left off hwy.98 Just before Tyndall bridge on to Oak shore dr. Follow it to the end of the peninsula ( about 1/4 mile). It is the White buildings w/blue roof on the right. It's the 1st town home on the far left, upstairs.

Nestled right in between Mexico Beach and Panama City you have Lots of Beach and night life, shopping, restaurants, antiquing yet its very quiet .Incredible fishing, swimming, snorkeling, boating all in your front yard. Bring your boat as the home now has a nice large NEW private. You even have your own personnel slip included at no extra charge..

This is the BEST place 20 years of going to PCB

These folks really know how to treat their guests. I have stayed 3 times and each time it was wonderful. The owners told me were to fish and provided for me like I was family. I would go there every time its available. If you like to fish, snorkel, look for sea critters or just relax this is it. No beach or crowds but lots of piece and quiet.

THIS WAS ON OF MY BEST VACATIONS IN A WHILE! WE WERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT OFFERED A GOOD LOCATION WITHOUT THE BUSTLING CROWDS AND NOISE. OUR LITTLE ROSIE ABSOLUTLY LOVED THE WATER. ONLY DRAW BACK WE HAD WAS WE DIDNT HAVE A BOAT CAUSE THE FISHING WAS AWESOME EVEN FROM THERE PRIVATE DOCK. DOLPHINS SWIN IN ALMOST EVRY DAY VERY NICE PLACE WILL RETURN AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. ALEXIS AND CLIFF WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL WITH EVERY THING MADE THE STAY VERY COMFORTABLE.

My husband and I have stayed here 2 years in a row now & we absolutely love the location! It's not near the tourist trap Mexico Beach is just down the road if you feel the need to immerse in the tourist culture. Beautiful views of the sunrise from the front, but the best views are at sunset. Sunsets over the bay from the balconies (yes, there's two) while watching the dolphins play and enjoying the sea breeze can't be beat. If you have a boat or like to fish this is also the spot. Private dock to fish, swim, or park your boat. The owners are very friendly, courteous, and prompt to address any issues. But all these positives aside you can't beat the price! We will definitely be back next summer!

Clean,quiet, great rate,the owners were sooo nice, we were there during Hurricane Debby and they offered us a discount for next year since we didn't get to do much because of the storms. We stayed and extra night and they gave it to us for free. The view was BEAUTIFUL!!! Loved it, will definitely be back next year.
