Perfect getaway retreat!! This beautifully decorated, fully furnished townhome is truly your home away from home! It features 9 foot ceilings throughout, to give you an open spacious feel. The living room features a gas fireplace for the odd cool night, brand new furniture, and a 42' plasma TV. The master bedroom features a new queen size bed and mattress, modern decor, a walk-in closet and a large ensuite that boasts a sky light to bring in a ton of natural light. The spare room also has a trendy new queen size bed and mattress, modern decor and a walk in closet. The large second bathroom is nice and bright from the sky light and has a large linen closet in it. Also, it boasts brand new side by side front load washer and dryer. The dream kitchen is perfect for the chef that enjoys cooking. It features a ton of counter space, white washed maple cabinets and a built-in dishwasher. There is a brand new dining set in the nook area that over looks the patio and its amazing view.

Utilities Included: This home also comes with a large package of cable channels, Wireless Internet, Phone (for local calls only) and all Utilities are included.

Start to the New Year

What an enjoyable way to start the New Year! We loved the sunny warm weather. What a nice change from Iowa Winters. We really enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the patio, and hearing the daily serenade from the doves. Your parents are delightful and very accommodating. The townhouse is beautiful, the pictures on the internet don't quite capture it. Thanks for making your peaceful retreat available to snow birds like us!

We really enjoyed your beautiful place, everything so new, like playing house. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. There are so many activities and sight seeing tours to take in the area, as well we enjoyed the local food and history of the area. Peaceful Paradise

We enjoyed everything about your "Peaceful Paradise". For all your guests Mt Lemon is a must. We had our bikes with us and got know Green Valley, just about every square inch, and think its a great place to retire. We have done all the tourist things but the highlight for us were the Kouchner Caverns. We absolutely thought they were amazing. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us Renee, we definitely hope to be back soon.
