House, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

For the traditional Florida experience, you'll love this warm, retro and cozy house. It was built in the 1960's in Passe-A-Grille, the historic area of St. Pete Beach, a quiet community where amazing sunsets and frequent great shelling top off a perfect vacation. The house's beach ambiance and luscious landscaping reflect the tropical location. A backyard patio and fire pit are perfect for evening campfires under the stars.

The house is warm and inviting. The split level style affords some quiet time with a living room and separate family/TV room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave oven. There is a washer/dryer. Linens are supplied. Both bedrooms have king size beds and full dressers.

The big screen TV offers over 200 channels via Direct TV.

We ask tenants to make their own phone/internet arrangements since everyone's needs are so different . Brighthouse networks will open accounts for visitors and offer an array of options. There are also many cafes and coffee shops close by that offer free WIFI access.

For beach goers, we have an array of beach chairs, towels, toys and coolers.

The home is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and about 90 minutes from attractions like Disneyworld, Universal Studios and Seaworld. Antique centers in Mount Dora ,manatee habitats in Crystal River and dolphin rescue centers in Clearwater are interesting day trips. Live theatre, art museums, outlet malls, shopping at St. Armand's Key in Sarasota and restaurants galore make every day such fun. A daily dolphin run cruise intrigues visitors with dolphins swim along side, playing in the sun.

We've loved Passe-A-Grille for many years and have wonderful memories of time spent at the beach.

What makes this house unique

Staying in this home is more relaxing than a hotel rental. There is room for your group to be together, but also have some solitude amid the togetherness.
