Succumb to the charm of this tastefully decorated apartment with oak beams,ancient stone wall and spiral staircase leading to spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom.Windows are double glazed,high quality radiators as well as air-conditioning in the bedroom. Decoration is subtle blend of contemporary furniture,oriental antiques and modern art and there are wooden floors throught.In lounge room there is leather settee converting into dbl bed (W140cm),leather armchairs,coffee table,bookshelf and antique Chinese cabinet,round glass topped table.Compact modern kitchen fully equipped with oven/microwave, induction hotplates,dishwasher,refrigerator with integrated freezer,washing/drying machine.Upstairs bedroom is brightly lit with queen size bed(W160 cm),antique Chinese desk ,cable TV,DVD player, telephone/fax high speed Internet access, spacious wardrobes.All linen and towels provided. As most historical buildings in Paris,no elevator but someone will carry your luggage up and downstairs

Famous for its street market, it also abounds with cafés and restaurants. You can follow in the footsteps of the philosophers (Descartes) and writers (Hemingway) who lived in this lively area which is just a stone’s throw from the Sorbonne University

Nearby places of interest include the Pantheon (the mausoleum where Victor Hugo, Zola and Jaurès lie to rest), the Arènes de Lutèce (the site of the antique Roman arena), the Cluny museum (Roman baths and medieval history) and the Institute du Monde Arabe (Muslim art). Otherwise, enjoy the simple pleasure of strolling down the medieval streets that lead to the Seine and Notre Dame or sit on the terrace of a café on the place de la Contrescarpe where musicians come to play and watch the world go by

The perfect place in Paris

This was the perfect spot to explore Paris. Perfect location on rue mouffetard. Nice view of the Pantheon and Eifel tower in the distance. Wonderful exciting neighborhood. Underground just a couple blocks away. The apartment is on the 6th floor so initially getting in was an effort but an effort well worth it. Clean, cute with a comfortable bed and decent shower. The only issue was being told they would accept AMEX for my final payment upon entry which they could not. Other than that I highly recommend this home away from home.

This apartment is perfect for couples or small families looking for a central, fun, and accessible respite in the midst of the Rue Mouffetard neighborhood near the Pantheon. The reservation arrangements were fairly straightforward. The apartment is clean, with modern amenities and simple charm. As it is on the top floor, there are many stairs to climb, but completely worth it for the view and peace. A metro station is less than 5 minutes away and abundant restaurant options surround the building. We would gladly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a great location and surrounded by all the amenities travelers would require (metro, grocery, restaurants, shops). Only a 15 min. walk from RER station which makes coming from CDG airport very easy.
Very clean apartment with view of Eiffel Tower and Pantheon.
I would recommend this apartment to others and would stay there again.

Hola Anne! Le escribo para agradecerle la maravillosa estadía que mi esposo y yo hemos tenido en el apartamento de La rue Mouffetard, número 3, cuarto piso. Encontramos todo impecable y la felicito por el buen gusto y la calidez del lugar.Nosotros estuvimos allí durante una semana, desde el 10 de junio. No dudaremos, cuando volvamos a París, de ir nuevamente a tan bello lugar. Nos resultó, además, inmejorable la ubicación.

Hi Anne! I am writing to thank you for the wonderful stay my husband and I have been in the apartment of the rue Mouffetard, Issue 3, fourth floor. We found everything spotless and congratulate the good taste and warmth of lugar.Nosotros were there for a week, from June 10. Do not hesitate, when we return to Paris, to go back to such a beautiful place. It was also the location unbeatable.
