Please note that this brand new home is located in a complex with additional new homes under construction. Landscaping may not be fully completed upon your arrival. All landscaping, watering, and maintenance will be taken care of by the HOA. A snow shovel is in the garage for you to use on the short front walkway, while sidewalks are shoveled by the HOA.

Other things to note
Trash: We ask that you please put the trash out once per week (simple instructions are in welcome booklet).
No-No’s: No smoking of any kind, and no pets allowed.
Quiet hours: 10pm-7am.
Childproofing: Guest understands that no specific efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accept any risk. We have included kids cups/bowls/plates/utensils for your convenience.
