Parking is included. Property just remodeled and everything is new. Well-equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels included. 24 hours a day check-in. Beach access and pool by the sea. Near Aventura Mall (5 minutes), The Bal Harbour Shops (8 minutes), Miami Beach (15 minutes) and South Beach (20 minutes). Easily accessible from Miami International Airport (30 minutes), Ft. Muy buen apartamento.

Todo excelente... muy Buena la atencion del personal del hotel donde se encuentra el apartamento.

Ningun comentario negativo. Alquile por primera vez por este medio y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

The studio is exactly as is in the pictures. The location is in a pleasant area where you have the pool and the beach near to enjoy the sun. Carlos is a helpful owner.

Ideal para mix de playa-piscina y paseos-compras

Pasamos unas muy lindas vacaciones, la ubicación de la propiedad es inmejorable!!
La descripción y las fotos fueron tal cual lo ofrecido ... El apartamento está muy bien orientado con respecto al sol y las vistas son hermosas!
La atención de Carlos, el propietario, fue mejor de la esperada ... lo principal para destacar, es que por un problema con la compañía aérea llegamos un día después y no solo no perdimos esa primer noche sino que Carlos arregló que pudieramos quedarnos una noche más para compensar cuando no era para nada su obligación hacerlo, lo apreciamos mucho!
Tanto la playa como la piscina son perfectas para ir con niños. Nosotros eramos 2 pero hasta 4 pueden estar en la habitación ...
No esperen lujos del establecimiento, Marco Polo no es un hotel moderno pero tiene lo necesario para disfrutar unas vacaciones en Miami. El lobby está remodelado y los ascensores no demoran tal como leí en otras reviews.
El bar de la piscina ofrece comida muy rica y precios razonables para la playa.
Las toallas que brinda el hotel para la piscina necesitan un cambio ya!!!!
El estacionamiento fue de mucha ayuda para nosotros que habíamos alquilado auto, nos dijeron ahí mismo que podían demorar unos 20 minutos pero nunca tuvimos que esperar mucho
En resumen: Si su idea no es ir al hotel para permanecer allí (un estilo all inclusive del caribe) sino disfrutar de la playa y piscina y también recorrer la Florida le recomiendo esta opción.
