The home sits within 25 feet of the water’s edge and is filled with high-end amenities. Bass Lake is a clear private lake just 4 miles east of Eagle River. Bass is a great fishing lake and our frontage is dead-level onto Sugar Sand, perfect for swimming.
The house has 4 bedrooms including a giant Master Suite furnished with 2 double beds, a two-sided gas fireplace, lake views, a patio and a full private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large jetted tub. Relax in the tub as you gaze at the gas fire! There is another large bedroom on the main floor known as the “Moose Room.” This is a quiet room with a queen bed. The last bedroom on the main floor has hardwood floors and two twin beds. There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed (in the walkout basement).
As you open the front door you walk into a big marble-floored entryway. There is a laundry room with washer, drier and ironing board (hopefully you won’t be doing any laundry or ironing on vacation!!). There is a full bathroom with tub and a full gourmet kitchen. There are brand new stainless appliances including a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser, a dishwasher, a double oven and a 5 burner gas cooktop! We’ve filled the cabinet with everything you’ll need to cook like a chef from a coffee maker and toaster to waterless cookware (there’s regular cookware as well). The great room has floor to ceiling windows perfect for enjoying the lake. Kickback in the log rocking chair as you read a book and enjoy the gas fire.
The walkout basement is bright during the day from the large eye-level lakeside windows. If you need to loosen up after a long day on the trails (biking, hiking or snowmobiling) fill up the hot tub and take a soak. You can see the LCD TV from the tub or wait until you’re dried off and unwind on the leather sectional sofa. You can watch movies on the DVD player or just enjoy the best DirecTV has to offer, all with surround sound; and yes, we do get the Packer game. You can surf the web or check in on work while Up North on our wireless internet. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
Enjoy the sunrise from the large deck. There is a gas grill and fire ring to enjoy later in the day (we'll have camp firewood there for you). Though the house is close to the lake, there is plenty of lawn for outdoor activities. A 14 foot fishing boat with a 15 Horsepower 4-stroke motor is included with summer rentals.
