This beautiful Guesthouse Getaway studio accommodates 4 people comfortably, and up to 5. It has a large deck and patio for luscious outdoor living and dining. Queen bed in main room sleeps 2, and sleeping loft can fit up to 3 in a queen mattress and single Aero bed. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom has shower, and closet is large walk-in for easy storage. 2 skylights are in the open rafter ceiling. Large Jacuzzi is on main house premises. Located in one of the most desirable locations in all of Los Angeles, steps to beach, canyon setting, walk to Santa Monica Promenade and the famous Pacific Fun Boardwalk and Pier. Ride our bicycles to the beach bike path that goes for miles from Malibu to Marina del Rey, and take a quick drive to gorgeous hiking trails. Wedged between Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica, you'll enjoy shopping and dining on Montana Ave, Main Street and 3rd Street Promenade. Centrally located near Malibu, Beverly Hills, downtown LA, Disneyland, Universal Studios, etc. So much to do, or just sit & relax.

  • We have several choices for sleeping arrangements. Our guests may choose to sleep in the main room on the Queen mattress quite comfortable for two. Also there is a Sleeping Loft which is accessible by a stairway and has a small flat screen TV installed on the open rafter ceiling for viewing while in bed. A skylight opens as desired for ventilation. Loft height is sufficient for sitting and sleeping, but not for standing. Additionally, we have a high end Queen Sofa Sleeper, with a platform base and foam mattress for sleeping in the main room. We also have 2 Twin size AERO Beds available that may be used in the adjacent sleeping loft area, or may be set up in the main living area as well.

The perfect place to stay! Highly recommended!

This place was the perfect alternative to a hotel-- minutes from the beach, has everything you need (coffee maker, hot tub, laundry, outdoor seating area), and is a $10 cab ride to the Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Stree Promenade, and other great locations. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and plenty of street parking. My two girlfriends and I stayed here for 6 nights and were very sad to leave. Not to mention, the owners are extremely accomodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip out west!

Excellent location, great accommodation

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It is on the north side of santa monica and just a few blocks from the beach. With such close access to PCH, the location was extremely convenient. We were able to walk to Montana Ave, the ocean, go hiking and walk to a number of bars and restaurants. Parking was easy, too. The guesthouse makes visiting easy because it has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, everything is very clean, there is plenty of room for lounging and watching tv or reading a book, and the outdoor area is to die for. We spent much more time on the patio than inside! Len is extremely inviting and always around to give you recommendations on what to do and where to eat or any other recommendations you might be looking for. Len gave us his phone number to text him with any questions that came up and invited us to ring the doorbell to ask any questions! I would highly recommend Len's guesthouse for any trip to santa monica.

My husband and I spent 6 nights at this property to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The guesthouse was perfect! It was very clean and well equipped within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We loved the huge outside patio located next to a canyon. Very quiet and comfortable. Len was great! He gave us plenty of local knowledge and was always available in case we had a question or concern. There are 5 or 6 bikes available to use which really made our vacation. We loved spending time riding bikes to the pier and Venice Beach.
I would highly recommend this property. My family and I always use VRBO for our vacation rental needs and I can tell you this guesthouse was the most equipped with the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc) we've every rented. We will definitely stay in this property again!

We loved our stay in the guesthouse. The location to the beach was great, only a couple block walk and you are sitting on the beach. The guesthouse is very nice, clean and private with a full kitchen, cable TV and wireless internet that worked great. The private patio was an added plus as we ate breakfast outside each morning and had a cocktail at the end of each night out on the patio. Len and Jan made us feel very comfortable and were wonderful hosts. Thanks for letting us use your beach chairs and bicycles. We had so much fun taking the bikes out on the beach walk. Our only regret is that we only booked it for two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again for a great place to stay.

Great location, AMAZING Jacuzzi, brilliant hosts

This is the perfect place. It has everything you want from a rental in LA. Loved the Jaccuzi! Made the nights memorable. Also loved that they had bikes so we could bike along the beach in the mornings to Venice and have breakfast! We also took advantage of the Santa Monica steps, which were an amazing workout.

very private and the large private outdoor area is a key advantage!

Len and Jan were excellent hosts - very helpful and kind.
