We have lived in Key West since 1992. We have moved out of the area to pursue work opportunities in a large city. Our plan is to return to the island for retirement. I am sure that you will find the tropical and private digs, calming to your spirit but close enough to Duval and beach for major fun.
Read our reviews...we go out of our way to provide a clean house with pool, private decks, complete kitchen and plenty of space to relax.
The sun is almost up. Catch sunrise over the water standing on White Street Pier. Walk down White for some Cuban Coffee and order breakfast at one of the restaurants suggested on the visitor's guide in the house. By now you're exhausted...it's pool time and you need a bit of a nap. During a late lunch at the house, your eye catches some reading in the dining room library. The afternoon is devoted to the beach or visiting the sights. A quick dip in the pool refreshes and a rinse in our new outdoor but private shower finishes the effort. Friends are coming over for a poolside barbeque. After dinner it is a short ride to the Red Barn Theater for a play. Dessert for the day is some of the best ice cream you can imagine followed by a short bike ride home to enjoy the balmy weather and burn a few of those guilt ridden calories. You lie in a bed with the french doors open to the pool and fall asleep in record time...dreaming of tomorrow's adventure.
