Guestbook comments from the manager
The house worked out superbly and we loved the location. Inch Beach was a great plus as it gave us something totally easy and relaxing to do on the first day without having to go anywhere. There were even some fish to see along the rock walls so it gave the kids a good first practice of snorkeling. The proximity to that and Sunset Park (which we visited three times) was great.
After a couple of days, my daughter especially needed a break from the beach/snorkeling after Inch Beach the first day and Sombrero Beach and kayak/snorkel tour in Key Largo the second day. My younger son actually reminded me about the Cabana Club and that was also a great perk to have. We hung out there for a few hours and the kids just used the pool and we had lunch (great burgers) before the Sombrero Reef snorkeling tour in the late afternoon
My kids definitely loved the house - don't know why specifically, they just commented on it a couple of times. They just seem to get a vibe about a house, either positive or negative, and this one was positive (we've rented a good number of houses).
We fell in love with Key Colony Beach the moment we first visited it.
