House, 3 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 9-10)

Family friendly home with your own private beach just steps from the house. Large back deck offers beautiful sunsets and a great place for outdoor dining and entertaining. If it rains, no problem, the deck is covered.

Private, spacious, master bedroom, has king size bed, bathroom suite, and sliders to deck.

Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and six burner gas stove.

Living room has sliders to deck and views up and down the Lagoon.

Finished basement with washer/dryer and 1/2 bath.

In addition to central air, each room has a ceiling fan.

For boaters, there is a deep water mooring.

For recreation, there is a swim raft and plenty of sea life to explore for the curious.

Hammock for napping or a nice read.

Outdoor shower is an added bonus.

House is on the Vineyard Bus Transit route.

Less than two miles from the bustling town of Oak Bluffs.

The owners did not exagerate the views or the condition of this house! We spent most of our time on the huge covered back deck, playing THE RING GAME, eating lunch, dinner and enjoying Happy Hour sunset views. The private beach for the kids is right there, they can collect sea life and swim to the raft, right in front of us. The older kids took the transit from out front to town- less than 2 miles away, or we all went to shop and eat. Plenty of room, and gourmet kitchen was beautiful to cook in!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
