  • 2500 per week
  • Special rates for monthly rental. Contact owner.
  • The rental rate per week is $2500.00 which includes the NH tax.. To insure your rental, one half of the rental rate ($1250.00) is expected to reserve/confirm your rental week along with a signed rental agreement. This deposit is non-refundable. The renter of this property must be 21 years of age or older and must be one of the occupants for the duration of the rental. The final payment of $1250.00 plus $250 refundable security deposit and $150 cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival date ($1,650.00).

This house was just like being at home, super clean and modern and we only needed to bring our clothes. The owner went out of her way and bought beach toys as a gift for our 2 grandchildren. They take pride in their beach home and we would stay here again.
