This one bedroom downstairs apartment is great for those budget concered vacationers. One block from wind and sea beach and surf spot.

The apartment has a king bed and a queen sofa bed couch in the livingroom...Perfect for those who want independance from hotels at half the cost. Just $150 per night 4 can sleep comfortablly in beds. A fully stocked kitchen cuts the cost of eating out.

A patio outside gives an area when you can eat outside or cook on a grill. Plenty of sun on the patio makes it a great spot.

Watch cable tv, brows the internet on the wireless rest from surfing a block away. In a safe area in La Jolla.

This apt was well-equipped and everything worked well. The apt is one block away from the Wind and Sand Beach in La Jolla. It was an easy drive to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town (Spanish Town), Torrey Pines State Preserve (bring good walking shoes), Coronado Island . We loved the beach chairs, we took them every evening to the beach to watch the sunset's!!
