Excellent conference and downtown Seattle location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center. The location was ideal and the owners gave very good directions using the light rail to get to the condo from the airport. The unit is clean and comfortable. We liked having a kitchen to make coffee and tea in the morning but there are plenty of options nearby.

We had no issues with noise like some have complained. If you have ever stayed in a city, it is just typical. It was cool so we mainly had the windows closed. This isn't a place to sit and have a glass a wine while enjoying a view out the window. But it is a great place that is close to everything. It felt safe and other tenants were friendly. The owners were very friendly, communicated quickly and were accomodating. I would stay here again.

Loved Seattle

  • 4 of 5

The condo is a nice distance from the train station and all activities. My buddy and I were in town for the national SHAPE convention at the convention center just 2-3 blocks away. It was great being so close. We also walked to Columbia Tower twice, Pikes Place Market, and the Needle, however we learned about the monorail and took that back.

I didn't read about it, but we wanted coffee one morning and came across the Starbucks Roastery and Tasting Room. Worth the 2 minute walk from the condo. If I remember it was uphill to the East on Pine 2 blocks on your left.

The downside again is the noise. The worst noise was the steam being released in the heating system. Imagine your 8 year old standing over you while you sleep and then banging on a piece of metal with a drum stick at random times during the night, we laughed about it but had my family been there I am sure I would have found it more annoying. I bet the owners can fix that though.

Great location, well stocked, very comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

My colleague and I were staying here for a conference, so initially all I selected this place for was a) reasonable price, b) sofa bed, and c) proximity to the conference center.

It certainly ticked all of those boxes, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how well located it is for everything that's *up* Pike street as well! There are so many great cafes, bars, restaurants, and sights in the area, and we were near it all (and closer to home than all the conference hotels when we were coming back at night; it was less expensive than the hotels too). We walked everywhere - you definitely don't need a car.

I manage a vacation rental myself so I have high standards, and this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owners are responsive and professional; the apartment is lovely and clean and well stocked with the little things that make for a great experience of a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, beautiful condo

  • 4 of 5

The condo is located perfectly - close to Pike Place, downtown, and all the amenities you would need. It is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Certainly a home away from home. The owners are helpful, organized, and responsive. The condo would get a 5-star rating from me but for the noise level. The condo is at the back of the building with a window across from the recycling bins, so one day there was morning noise when the bins were emptied. Also, there is not much noise dampening between the condos so you could hear everything the neighbors were doing when exiting and entering their units. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. That all said, I would stay there again in a heartbeat but I would remember to bring earplugs.

Great Condo Downtown

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent a week here during a trip to Seattle in June 2014. It was wonderful to have the extra space and kitchen to prepare some meals. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the location was so convenient to downtown -- about 2 blocks to the convention center, 7 blocks to the Pike Place Market. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean and neat, located right downtown. It was as advertised and then some, the apartment came fully loaded with everything you could need. The owners were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
