Why they chose this property

Biltmore Village is a quieter, family-friendly neighborhood that's still close to everything. This area is perfect for those who will be around a while, usually a month or longer, and desire a relaxing home. Located on a dead-end street, the only through-traffic is from residents on the street, which means a very quiet street! Only a 10min walk to the Daily Grind Coffee Shop or 15-20min walk to breweries and restaurants. Driving, it's only 2mins to Biltmore Village, 5mins to the highway, and 10mins to Downtown Asheville.

It's very difficult to find 1-bedroom homes, as most have been torn down to build larger homes or they've been turned into apartments within larger buildings.
