Flat (1 bedroom) with new furnitures, 200m far from Ponta Verde beach. The flat and the building (Monte Paradiso) are new. The bedroom and the balcony receive sun during the morning and also the best ventilation. Despite of this, the bedroom has air conditioner. The access to the bathroom can be through the bedroom or through the living room. Wide living room, with sofabed that fits 2, and TV. Wide kitchen, all furnished, linked with the living room and the service area. Wide balcony. Place for one car in the garage. The leisure area is in the upper floor with: wide swimming pool that faces the ocean; area for barbecue; playground for kids; room for parties; and a room that will be a fitness center soon. The building has security sistem with cameras and a doorman.

Bedroom: It contains: double bed; wardrobe with six doors; shelves; air conditioner with control; bedside table; TV and telephone spots; can access the bathroom.

Kitchen: It contains: refrigerator (300lts) frost free; 4 burners stove with automatic firing and pipeline gas; cabinets; mineral water by the bottle (20lts); cellar; cutlery, plates, glasses and others; microwave; mixer; juice machine; it has also natural ventilation and ilumination.

Service area: It has: tank washing; cabinet with cleaning suplies; broom, squeegee, dustpan. It has also natural ventilation and ilumination.

Notes

  • - 50% deposit for the reservation and 50% at the first day;
    - When the rent is for one month or more: 50% deposit for the reservation, R$300,00 guarantee ate the first day ( if there is no damage during the period, this amount goes back to the person) and 50% at the last day;
