Vacation living at its best! Ideally located on the preferred River Run side of Baldy Mountain with the new and only 8 passenger gondola in year round operation. It's a 5 minute walk to the base of the mountain and as close to Baldy as you can get! This lovely condo is literally steps from the scenic, 48 mile walk/run/bike/ski/x-country trail and five short blocks from the center of Ketchum with its delightful array of shops, charming boutiques, fantastic restaurants, and four movie screens. Conveniently, there is a free shuttle bus stop in front of the complex.

Completed in 2000, with southwest facing views of Baldy, this immaculate, beautifully decorated second-story, three bedroom, two bath condo has over 1400 square feet of open, bright, living area all on one level. Sleeps six comfortably and is ideal for two couples or a family!

The cozy living room provides comfortable seating in front of a custom built, river rock gas fireplace and DVR equipped flat screen. For entertaining, the fully stocked kitchen has new appliances, bar seating for two and the dining room table seats up to six. The private balcony is equipped with a gas BBQ, and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.

Your guests may get up before you, but you will not hear them while you sleep in a bit. The two guest bedrooms are at the other end of the unit, which provides privacy for all. All bedrooms have televisions and dvd players. The condo contains a stackable washer/dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Want to relax after a day of skiing or hiking? You can enjoy the view of Baldy while soaking in the large, outdoor hot tub. Other amenities include a fully equipped workout facility, covered parking, elevator, and access to a private storage locker. The complex is very well maintained and is also quiet and peaceful. To help maintain the integrity of this property, we are not able to permit smoking or pets.

About Jennifer Adams

I was born and raised in Sun Valley. I will always think of Sun Valley as home. I met my husband in Sun Valley. He was vacationing there from Seattle and had done so growing up. We currently live in the Seattle area but visit Sun Valley every chance we get.

Why Jennifer Adams chose Ketchum

Ever since we moved away in 1983, we have always wanted to own a place in Ketchum - Sun Valley. We share a love for Sun Valley as do our two daughters. We love skiing and ice skating in the winter/spring and hiking, biking, golfing, fishing and tennis in the summer/fall. Besides the unique restaurants and shopping, we enjoy the variety of events and entertainment the valley has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

As you can see from the map, our condo is ideally located right between the base of River Run, the gondola, the bike/x-country trails, the Big Wood River and the center of Ketchum. We wake up every morning to a view of Baldy from the master bedroom. It's perfect!

GREAT CONDO, GREAT LOCATTION, GREAT OWNER and a GREAT TIME had by all!!!

This was the ideal place for our visit to the Sun Valley/Ketchum area. The location is perfect if you want easy access to the lift area as it is a very short walk to the River Run Lift and within walking distance to the downtown area. The condo is clean and attractively decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The owner was very accomadating when we asked for a late checkout. This will definitely be the FIRST condo that I check for availabilty on our next trip to the area. .

Very comfortable condo. Convenient location for skiing (short walk to lifts), walking (trail less than a block away) and downtown Ketchum. The condo was well equipped, including appliances I don't even have at home. Owner very easy to work with. Condo was very clean. Nice view of the snow showers out the living room window. Overall a great experience.

Incredible winter stay in Sun Valley

My wife and I, daughter, son and daughter-in-law had an incredible week in Sun Valley at my other son's destination wedding. Your condo was the perfect place to stay for all the activities during the week. It was centrally located and so comfortable and enjoyable to come back to for relaxation and rest between events. The condo was well equipped with everything we could possible need for the weeks stay. I especially appreciated how easy it was to work with the owner and the ease of showing up at the door, gaining entry and leaving after the week when the cab showed up to take us back to the airport. It is a place we will want to return to the next time we go to Sun Valley.

Jennifer was absolutely fabulous and accommodating. She made sure we had a comfortable stay. Kitchen is full stocked with supplies including things like zip lock bags and foil (things no one would remember to pack!).The condo is very clean and felt like home. We did not use the washing machine and dryer, but it was there if we did needed it. The location is fantastic - we could easily walk into town (Ketchum). The walk to River Run Lodge is a bit longer, but definitely doable. There is a bus stop right outside the condo building that will take you straight to the lifts if you prefer. I would definitely stay there again - can't wait for our next trip back to SV!
