FRENCH CHATEAU - IN JOE POOL LAKE COMMUNITY

Casa Landey is the house to be at if you ever plan on visiting Dallas!!!! My family and I just spent a white Christmas at casa Landey. The house was big enough for all 16 of us and we still had extra space if we wanted to add more people. The house is simply GORGEOUS!!! The pictures are nice, but seeing it in person is even better. The rooms, bathrooms, closets, property was just simply beautiful. The house was well cleaned and you could never tell that anyone was there before you; the house was move in ready which was what we were looking for. Victor was so great with responding to any questions I had, the longest I waited for a response was literally 5 minutes, he even called the house to make sure everything was what we expected when we arrived. Jose who is the property manager was also great with answering questions about the house, and everyday he sent me a text making sure everything was o.k. They are a great team and this house is a MUST STAY!!!! There were things to do but we didn't get to do a lot, we went to the mall which was great, but on Christmas it was SNOWING!!! That was the best gift ever this gorgeous house with White snow everywhere. My family and I went out and ran around in the huge back yard and took tons of pictures. I could go on and on about this house, but I won't. I would definitely recommend this house to ANYONE!!! I am a very picky person, but there was NOTHING to pick on at all about this house. I am hoping next year my family and I will be able to do this again, because we will definitely be staying at CASA LANDEY!!!!

What can I say about this place, it is extremely elegant. The pictures in the ad don’t do this place justice. A whole lot better than staying at any boring hotel. We had a group of 24 that were in town for a football game, there were 14 adults and 10 kids ages between 9-15. The location was about 20 mins away from DFW and about 20 mins away from Cowboys Stadium. There was plenty of room outside for the kids to play a game of flag football and the adults sat by watching on the lounge chairs at the outside patio. Victor (owner) was very courteous to deal with and bent over backwards to provide every accommodation that we asked for. This house was very neat and clean and had all the amenities of a hotel, we never ran out of clean towels or hot water over the 3 day span. Indoors we played pool and poker in the game room while the kids watched movies in the theatre room. There were also big flat screen tvs in all of the bedrooms. With 24 people there it never felt like there wasn’t enough room. Jose (property manager) was extremely accommodating, A few days before our arrival I emailed him a grocery list of items and he picked up all of the stuff and had it chilled by the time we got there, good thing because it is a dry county and there are no liquor stores nearby. Jose also is a caterer part time, so we hired him to do all the cooking for us, he laid out a menu for all of our meals and went to town. They grilled us steaks and chicken with all of the fixins for dinner and made waffles with eggs and sausage for breakfast. It was great having not to worry about all your meals, they also cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend taking him up on this option. All in all it was a great weekend other than the fact that my Steelers got beat by the Cowboys

My family spent a long weekend in this FANTASTIC house. It was large enough to accommodate our group of 18. The house was beautiful and clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities needed to prepare our weekend meals. We went to the state fair and the drive time was reasonable. The men in our group claimed the Theatre Room from DAY ONE. It was an excellent place to watch football games.

The master bedroom closet is a spectacular sight to see!! It is the size of a studio apartment. We used it as a room.

Victor (owner) was SUPER!! He answered every question that I had quickly via email or phone. Jose (property manager) was the best and very helpful during our stay. GREAT customer service!

We will definitely stay here again. I would recommend this home to EVERYONE!
