Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

A cozy and warm 2 bedroom, 2 bath ski in/out that can accommodate 6-8 guest. Ground floor, end unit with massive deck right on the ski run. Large open living, dining & great room with new gas fireplace and amazing views of the mountain and ski run. Just remodeled with beautiful cozy mountain furnishings. Underground parking, swimming pool, indoor & outdoor hot tub are at your disposal with great views of the mountains & ski run. You can't get any closer to the slopes than this!

Master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the guest room with 1 bunk bed and another full/double bed. Across the guest room you will find the 2nd full bathroom and laundry closet with washer & dryer.

The large living area is perfect for entertaining with a new large flat screen HDTV, Sony PS3 w/ blu-ray/DVD player and a warm gas fireplace and sleeper sofa able to accommodate 2 additional guest. From the living room, walk out to the large deck located right on the ski run and soak up the Colorado sun as you watch skiers and snowboarders pass by. There is also a barbeque area on the property with a gas grill and tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island that can seat 4 people in addition to the dinning area table.

Just hop on the free shuttle when you are ready to go to all the restaurants and shops and everything else that Breck has to offer. Once you stay in this beautiful ski in/out condo, you will never want to stay anywhere else in Breckenridge!
