Escape to a cozy and quiet retreat located in a secluded setting at the end of a private cul de sac. Enjoy the peaceful calm of over one acre of serene nature. Staying in this home will give you access to the lake and beach which are within walking distance. The house has two decks that offer many options for dining outdoors. Start your morning with breakfast at the lower deck, fire up the grill for lunch at the upper deck, and then after dinner, roasts some s’mores and tell ghost stories by the fire pit. Wind down the day by relaxing in the sun room, sitting by the fireplace with great company, or playing a friendly game of Foosball in the loft. Sit back, relax and take in the beautiful scenery and sunsets that are right outside the door.

Things to do: Located right in Lake Harmony, you are within minutes of Big Boulder Ski Area and Jack Frost Mountain for snow sports during the winter. The spring, summer and fall offer a variety of outdoor activities. The location is central to many of the Poconos finest activities such as golf, fishing, white water rafting, paintball, horseback riding, kayaking, etc. At only 15-20 minutes away, Hickory Run State Park offers hiking on many marked trails, picnicking in the pavilion area or taking a dip in the lake. The Crossings outlet stores, Mt. Airy Casino, and Mohegan Sun Casino are a short 25 minutes drive for shopping and gambling. Or just simply come on up to kick back and relax, pull up a chair and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Pocono Mountains found at every window in this home. You will not run out of things to do here.

Wonderful stay

The house was beautiful and the instructions provided by the owner were very clear. He was always available by email to answer questions and prepare us for our stay. It was in a beautiful area very close to great sites and the nearby lake was gorgeous. One small thing- there were not many pots and pans to cook with, so if you plan on cooking, I would recommend bringing disposable ones. Other that that, we had a great time! We might try and come back for winter skiing.

Perfect Cabin for a Weekend Getaway!

I stayed at this cabin Thanksgiving weekend with a few friends and it was absolutely perfect! The house was clean and gorgeous--everyone loved the upper deck and the fire pit out front. The location was perfect, and David, the rental owner, was very nice and accommodating. It was a very nice experience and this staying in this cabin really made the weekend amazing! Thanks, David, for all your help, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice, relaxing getaway!

Very awesome place to stay. This is my first time giving a review, so apologies if im missing someing. David,the owner, was always very helpful and available when needed. the listing is accurately described. it was clean and well maintained. Near lake harmony so the location was perfect. i would definitely reccomend this place to others.

Very Nice Getaway

This home was very nice for my family when we stayed. We had access to some of the local events and had enough entertainment for the kids at the house. The house was nicely taken care of and the owner was very attentive whenever we needed him. The description of the home was very accurate, and being in the customer service industry I expect nothing but the best and David was able to provide that. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to others who were looking for a quiet place to getaway.
