Monastery Farm for Rent

My family of 6 stayed this summer at this amazingly beautiful home .It is the best place i have ever stayed. We were immediately captured by the peacefulness of the location and the most indescribably majestic scenery of the surrounding region.There was so much to do and see close by. We spent many lazy days at home playing table tennis, chess, watching movies, sunbathing and swimming. We also had a great time visiting Lourdes, the exciting university town of Toulouse , rummaging through the antique stores and markets. Best of all were the music festivals and special sporting events at the local lake. We also hiked, swam in the lake, explored ancient ruins and the 2nd largest underground lake system close to Lourdes is a must. It is a totally inspirational day trip that you cant forget.Our other favourite day trip was to spain- where we purchased lots of inexpensive but beautiful gifts, wines and treasures. The house is very comfortable, imeccably clean, beautifully managed- you can see that the owners put their heart and soul into the restoration which is totally unique. many farmhouses are dark due to the thick walls and small windows- this one is the opposite- it has walls of glass overlooking the gardens and views from the living room. There is a lot of sunshine coming into the house so it gives a holiday feeling all the time.My brothers and friends loved the pool and games provided. The owners are so helpful and generous with suggestions for the best day trips . I would love to go back . I was very sad the day we left- i didn't want to go home! You will not be disappointed- this villa is first class in every way.
