House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Our unique home is newly renovated and just an 8 minute walk to Ridgevale Beach. The first floor living space is open and flows through to the kitchen. There is a full bath with laundry.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king size bed and the other two have two twin beds in each room. The upstairs bathroom has a separate shower and a large soaking tub.

The lower level has a family room area with a 50' flat screen tv entertainment and a large seating area. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed and half bathroom. This level also has it's own walkout entrance.

The outside patio area is located right off the kitchen and has a new grill. Enjoy the evenings outside with the sounds of the ocean and cool summer breezes.
