Charming 50's modern home (terrazzo floors throughout) with private heated salt water pool and hot tub in plush, professionally landscaped large backyard (several lounge chairs and seating). Stainless steel appliances in updated full kitchen with service for at least 16. Outdoor shower and bathroom facility, great for entertaining. Enjoy cocktails or afternoon tea in very large screened in patio with ceiling fans and unique brick floors.

Both bedrooms have KING beds, new linens and sofa turns into a single bed if needed. Tile bathroom with shower also updated. Separate laundry room with brand new top of the line, full sized, washer and dryer. Linen and beach towels provided as well as anything one would need for an enjoyable holiday in South Florida.

Centrally located between Wilton Manors (walking distance), the beach (20 minute bike ride) and the Galleria Shopping Center (less than 2 miles). Great, safe and quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, attractions and airport (20 minute drive).
