1. Reservations for 30 nights or longer will be required to sign a Lease Agreement to finalize the reservation. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
2. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be received prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
