The Space:
A brand new Weber gas grill w/ tools and a custom fire pit were just installed! Be sure to bring firewood.

The perfect setup for all guests to have their own space.
Master on the main has a king bed, upstairs the 2nd bedroom has a Queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds (trundle), and the 4th bedroom in the basement has a king bed. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs - including coffee! The basement has an additional living area with a TV, dart board & a brand new ping pong table!

TV's are smart roku tv's, so you can link your own streaming services to each TV. High speed internet DSL running at 195 download & 197 upload.

The driveway is gravel and a little steep in one part, but smaller sedans are able to get up the hill as long as they build up speed on the way down and maintain speed on the way up.

Guest Access:
Smart code will be sent to guests with their check in information.

The Neighborhood:
Serenity overlooking your own personal little valley! A very short car ride will take you to the trails of Unicoi State Park, Helen, or the many wineries, river tubing, the Mountain Coaster and sites to see in the surrounding area.There are many wineries in the area, and you can hire a shuttle to see them all! There are also a number of waterfalls and trails to explore if you're up for adventure!

Other Things to Note:
Pet fee is $100. Absolutely NO cats. Dogs must be fully housebroken and kept off of all furniture & beds, and cleaned up after outside.
