This lovely end unit is located in La Jolla Del Mar, one of the most sought after complexes in Rosarito Beach. It is located a mile south of town, so you avoid the loud , late nightclub party noise and yet you are minutes from town and all it has to offer. The complex offers several swimming pools, including a kiddie and an adult lap pool, hot tubs, beach, lovely landscaping and the most beautiful sunsets thrown in! Complex is gated and has covered parking. Grocery stores and wonderful restaurants are minutes away.

Condo features: This condo is an end unit, so larger than most of the 2 bedrooms. It features marble floors in the great room, hall and bathrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The sit-up bar also has a granite counter.

Fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, small appliances ( toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron , hairdryers etc), dish service for 8, bed and bath linens ( including beach towels), patio chairs, a couple of beach chairs , a few beach toys for kids, satellite TV with both English and Spanish channels, Wireless Internet, vonage phone (free calling to US and Canada)....the only things you need to bring are your clothes and tooth brush!

Rosarito Beach, located about an hour south of the San Diego airport is a great spot for short holidays or longer stays... the town offers many great restaurants, a fantastic beach, fun shopping, Mexican handicrafts and art studios, night life, the most beautiful sunsets, good year round weather and very welcoming and friendly people.
