I am born and rasied in Montana and just love the area.
Robert Underwood purchased this cabin in 2008
This is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, like skiing, fishing, hiking and/or mountian biking or just to relax while making some good food and enjoying a glass of wine.
This cabin is quiet and has a very homey feeling about it. Discovery Ski Area is only 10 minutes away. Greogetown lake is within walking distance.
The drain in the basement dried up and there was a smell for one of the weekends but that has been fixed.
Our 2nd time here. Great spot for skiers. 5 minutes to mountain. Clean, comfortable and Robert was great to deal with.Already looking forward to next year!
Such an incredible place to stay. Excellent lake access, quality rooms. Well equipped and clean. Incredible getaway place! Definitely will return again and again.
This place was unbelievably perfect and so much better than even the pictures make it seem. Everything was clean and well taken care of, there was a full kitchen of supplies, which was amazing because my friends and i love to cook and we brought a fridge full of goodies. It was peaceful and quiet but not so much so that you were afraid of making noise! It's a five minute drive to Discovery Ski Area. There are so many places to sleep. Lots of bathrooms, lots of room to spread out, great porches and an all around wonderful experience. I'd come back here in a heartbeat!
Robert was really easy to work with also! Responsive and understanding!
Loved the cabin. Nicely furnished, warm, comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and laid out. The view from the deck is stunning. The expansive front porch welcomes you in. Plenty of parking. Fishing, lake sports, quad and motorcycle trails. Old mine Townes and, our favorite sapphire mining at gem mountain
The cabin was perfect for our family getaway. It has amazing views and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, making cooking an absolute joy! Several pieces of furniture were broken (watch out on the balcony!), but otherwise it was a perfect stay and we hope to return next year. Thank you, Robert!
Outstanding place. As advertised and then some. My wife and I had a great time. I'd recommend this rental as the place to come. The view of the lake was outstanding. The place lived up to all the pictures. Five Star. I'd come back but we are buying a house in the Bitterroot Valley. I want to look at the mountains everyday. The owner makes sure all your needs are met. Highly recommend as the place to come for a vacation. Winter or summer.
