Great place, good memories.

Felt like home. If we get the opportunity to return, we would like to stay here. Our party was late60s parents, 50ish adult and 9-year old boy. Plenty of room. Quiet-we could not hear neighbors-good soundproofed walls. No bugs in the condo. Everything was clean. No problems checking in. we called to let landlord know we landed from airport and we timed it to meet us at condo within 20 minutes. Saw lots of little lizards outside, but they run away as soon as they see you. Sat out on covered porch each morning to sip coffee, watch the sun rise and watch birds near the lake. Well equipped kitchen and everything worked. Great to have a full-sized washer and dryer in the condo. Air conditioning was responsive and consistent. Grounds were well kept, nearly spotless. The pool was large and deeper than anticipated-watch if you have little kids-no kiddie pool area. Fresh-water lakestream with scenic fountain and bridge to pool was beautiful and offered fun views of the little fish. Local birds not all seagulls were beautiful to watch. Private pier was nice. We fished from it. It held another family of 2 adults 2 kids, however, very hot-no shelter wear a hat,bring water. Condo provided a bicycle, water tubes, noodles, sand toys, books, magazines, TVs with cable in each room. Beach access is directly across the street-no cross-walk, but we had no problems crossing. The free trolley was a blocks walk away and took you anywhere on the main drag of the island for free. All in all a wonderful trip, great condo, responsible and respectful landlord, reasonable price, beautiful all around. The only negative-but we worked around it: No telephone, and very limited mobile cell phone access within the condo had to go to the parking lot to make calls on several occasions.
