Good location, great place!

We spent a week on Burt Lake in mid July and had a wonderful time! The house/property was very inviting, extremely well maintained and we had plently of room to spread out. House was nicely equipped: wonderful well stocked kitchen, gas grill, firewood, paper products, pool toys and life jackets. All linens, including beach towels were provided as well as ample seating inside and out. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. An added feature that our family found that sets this house apart from others was the convenience of both the lake and the pool. The property's view was gorgeous - wonderful sunsets. Spent a few nights around the firepit on the beach - s'mores anyone? The public boat ramp is located just south of the property, right beside Hoppy's Tavern.
About a 10 minute drive into the town of Indian River. Quaint little town with a nice sized grocery store, good ice cream, very well maintained public beach. Very easy location for day trips into Petosky and Mackinac.
Anyone who stays here will not be dissapointed - we would stay here again in a second. Thanks for a great house that made a great family vacation!
