Privately owned vacation home in the heart of Pacific City, nestled a few houses behind the natural sand dunes between Shorepine and the Brewery.
Welcome to this family friendly beautiful beach house constructed in 2007. This very private home has never been rented until 2012 and looks brand new. This home has 3 wonderful bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Complete with a full size washer and dryer to minimize the amount of packing you’ll need to do. The living room features a gas fireplace. The well organized, huge gourmet kitchen is ready for you to concoct anything you wish. The kitchen features slab granite counters, stainless appliances and a great breakfast bar.
Upstairs the master bedroom offers a king bed with a well appointed bath with a beautiful granite topped vanity. The kid’s room has one full bed plus a twin. A second guest room on the second floor has a queen bed. A large beautiful bath and laundry room round out the second floor.
This house has immediate beach access just down the street! You can actually see Haystack Rock right from the house.
The fully fenced back yard features a roomy patio with outdoor furniture and a large fenced play area for the kids with a little tree house and kiddie swing. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Just off the dining room is an additional patio for al fresco dining in the warm summer sun.
Also available for the family are board games, and a BBQ on the back patio. There are also a jog stroller and pack-n-play for those travelling with a baby.

This beach house was completed in 2007 and first became a vacation rental as of January 1, 2012. The house is pristine and offers beautiful finishes and amenities. It's also a very private setting with a fully fenced backyard/patio. So close to the beach and the Pelican Brewery!
