This newly remodeled condo built in 2005 is located in the center of over 10 square miles of deed restricted property, consisting of thousands of beautifully kept houses and condos on huge lots, golf courses, and open spaces.

The fully screened in patio ( a 'Lanai') gets the morning sun and evening shade and faces a small river and wooded section with a newly paved 20 mile cycling path directly behind that goes 5 miles South towards the Boca Grande causeway and beaches, with bike racks less than a minute to the path.

The fifty-foot heated pool is awesome, and a club house 3600 square feet and can be booked for parties.

I am a programmer, project manager, cabinet maker, windsurfer, cyclist, and my wife teaches HR and payroll at our college in class and online. We love to sail on Lake Huron in Canada from June to September and are looking to extend the season to include part of May and October in Florida! We love the beaches at Boca Grande and Englewood Manasota Key, in places a foot deep in shells and littered in sharks teeth. Looking to try kite boarding.

Englewood is busy along the commercial corridor of 776 with plenty of shopping and services, but the traffic becomes noticeably quiet South from there through Rotonda to Boca Grande and away from the main traffic of I75 and Highway 41. The condo complex with over 50 units, is fully sold/owned, friendly and well managed, new in 2005, and our unit was completely renovated for 2012 to like new. There are 8 golf courses in the area and with 5 under 3 miles, minutes to beaches and shopping, and quick access to up and down the Florida coast.

What makes this condo unique

The end unit on the second floor has a vaulted ceiling, and the screened in lanai, side and front windows allows plenty of hours you can enjoy the breeze, sun, or shade.
