Life is good at the beach and even better if you choose Mariner's Walk 3 A for your next Vacation on the Island. Mariner?s Walk 3 A is ideally located in Wild Dunes Resort and features views of the beautiful swimming pool just adjacent to the home and peaks of the ocean. It is the closet home to the ocean in Mariner's Walk if you are not located ocean front. Simply walk down a few steps from the deck of this beautiful property and you are on a plush lawn that leads you either to the ocean or the swimming complex.

Once you arrive at the beach, you will find it one of the most desirable stretches of beach in the Resort since it is so wide with rolling dunes topped with sea grass. An offshore sandbar allows the sea in front of Mariner's Walk to take to different forms based on the tide. At high tide it is the perfect spot for your children to ride the waves as they break along the sand bar as it approaches the shore.

Further Details: At low tide, the sandbar serves as a natural break, making the sea calm and shallow, perfect for younger children to play and hunt sand dollars. Life is good at the beach in Mariner's Walk.

The property owners of Mariners Walk 3-A have worked hard to make it one of the most comfortable accommodations on the Island. The living room features many new pieces as well as wonderful new tile flooring which help keeps the home clean. The bright colors featured in the living room and kitchen will make you feel that you never left the beach. The kitchen has been renovated as well and features granite counter tops. Being an end unit, both the kitchen and living area have a lot of light typically not found in home in Mariner's Walk. Upstairs you will find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private bath. The Master Bedroom features the best view of Mariner's Walk out towards the ocean in the house and a queen bed(Q). The guest bedroom features two twin beds(T)(T).

Both bathrooms in this home have also been renovated and look fantastic.

Finally, Mariner's Walk is located in Wild Dunes Resort. A private Resort of 1600 acres, Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, 17 Har-Tru tennis courts that is ranked in Tennis Magazine Top 10 Tennis Resorts, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the 'Best in the State', Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. Life is good at the beach especially if you choose Mariner's Walk 3 A for your next vacation.
